4. Order Process and Payment

- 4.2 Payment terms will be specified in the final agreement. Failure to comply with payment terms may result in order cancellation or legal action.
5. Shipping and Delivery

- 5.2 Lex Packaging is not responsible for delays, losses, or damages that occur during shipping. Customers must inspect shipments upon arrival and report any issues within 48 hours.
6. Returns and Refunds
- 6.1 All sales are final. Returns or exchanges are only accepted in cases of manufacturer defects or incorrect orders, provided that the issue is reported within 7 days of delivery.
- 6.2 Custom packaging orders are non-refundable unless there is a defect attributable to Lex Packaging.
